Service Cancellation
You may cancel your wardrobe consulting service appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
Refunds for cancelled services will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. If you are not satisfied with our consulting services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.
Rescheduling Appointments
You may reschedule your consultation appointment at no additional charge if you provide at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to availability and additional fees.
Service Modifications
If you need to modify your service package after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable requests based on availability and service terms.
